- Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:- Items received more than 3 days ago.
- Color differences due to lighting or screen display.
- Personal preference or misunderstanding of the product.
- Items not purchased from JapanMart.
- Discounted or free items.
- Opened packages (non-quality issues).
- Customer-caused damage, misuse, or improper storage.
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or incorrect installation.
- Missing or damaged packaging, labels, or accessories.
- Bundled items, sets, or gifts cannot be partially returned.
- Items damaged or lost during return shipping (buyer responsible).
- Exchange Policy
- Customers may request an exchange for an item of equal value.
- For higher-value exchanges, the price difference must be paid.
- For lower-value exchanges, the difference will not be refunded.
- Opened products are not eligible for exchange.
- Shipping Fees
- Return/exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Limitations
- Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.
- No refunds are accepted once goods are sold.
- Final Decision
- JapanMart reserves the right of final decision in all disputes.
