3.6 If an order is canceled, we will notify you by email and refund any payments within thirty (30) days. No compensation shall be provided.

4.1 We accept bank transfer, PayMe, AlipayHK, and Octopus. Ownership of goods transfers only upon full payment.
4.2 If we cancel your order after payment, a refund will be issued. No further compensation is due.
4.3 We use third-party payment processors. By ordering, you consent to your payment details being collected and processed by such providers. You assume sole responsibility for any loss arising from payment transactions.

5. Delivery
We use third-party logistics providers for delivery. Goods are deemed delivered when they reach the address you provided, and you may be required to present photo identification. If you fail to receive the goods, we reserve the right to charge additional fees or cancel the order without refund.
